"Haunted", a novel by author Chuck "Fight Club" Palahniuk novel has been optioned by New School Media to be developed into a feature film adapted/directed by Belgian director Koen "Ex Drummer" Mortier.
Premise follows a group of people who sign up for a secret writers' retreat, only to get locked in an abandoned theater, forced to write for a 'Mr. Whittier'. But instead of finding themselves victims to a mainpulative mastermind, the writers are the ones that begin to destroy themselves and their surroundings...
