"American Gigolo" on Showtime

"American Gigolo" is a new dramatic TV series developed by David Hollander, based on the 1980 film of the same name written and directed by Paul Schrader, starring Jon Bernthal as 'Julian Kaye', Gretchen Mol, Lizzie Brocheré, Gabriel LaBelle and Leland Orser, premiering September 9, 2022 on Showtime:

"...'Julian Kaye', 15 years after being wrongfully arrested for murder and struggling to find his footing in modern-day Los Angeles, seeks the truth about the frame up that sent him to prison, until he can reconnect with his love, 'Michelle'..."
