From developer High Moon Studios and publisher Activision, Sneak Peek the new "Deadpool" video game, based on the Marvel Comics character, "Deadpool: The Merc With A Mouth". The game is written by Daniel Way, with voice acting by Nolan North, rated 'M' for 'Mature', featuring intense violence, mature humor, sexual content, and strong language, available Summer 2013 :
The third-person action game, is a combination of 'melee' and shooting, with an emphasis on sword-play and gun-fire. The 'Deadpool' character also breaks the 'fourth wall', by verbally interacting with players based on their skill and progress.
"...'Deadpool' accepts a mission to assassinate a corrupt media mogul, whose television channel produces programming including 'Jump the Shark', with celebrities forced to jump over a tank of water containing a ravenous great white shark. The plot also involves 'Mister Sinister' who is scouring a former mutant haven called 'Genosha' for new DNA to use in his armies..."
Other Marvel Comics' characters appearing in the game include 'Domino', 'Wolverine', 'Cable', 'Death' and 'Psylocke'.
