"The Walking Dead": 'Rick Grimes' Gets Busted


From Gentle Giant Sneak Peek the likeness of actor Andrew Lincoln as Officer 'Rick Grimes' in a new realistically hand painted collectible bust, inspired by the AMC  'zombie' TV series "The Walking Dead".


AMC's "The Walking Dead" Season 3 debuts October 14, 2012, for a 16 episode run.


The series is based on the comic books of the same name by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard.


The comics have been developed for television by Frank Darabont, and executive produced by Kirkman & Glen Mazzara.



The new season is set in both an abandoned prison and an active rural town of survivors.


'Rick Grimes' (Lincoln), a former deputy sheriff from 'King County', Georgia, established as the group's leader, Sarah Wayne Callies  is 'Lori Grimes', Rick's wife and mother of 'Carl' and Laurie Holden is 'Andrea'.



Steven Yeun is 'Glenn', a former pizza delivery driver, Chandler Riggs is 'Carl Grimes', Rick and Lori's young son,  Norman Reedus is 'Daryl Dixon', a Southern redneck who's also the group's primary hunter, Lauren Cohan is 'Maggie Greene', Hershel's eldest daughter and Glenn's lover; Melissa McBride is 'Carol Peletier', a former victim of domestic abuse, now the last surviving member of her family, IronE Singleton is 'T-Dog Douglas', a survivor who struggles to prove his worth to the group, Scott Wilson is Hershel Greene, a veterinarian who owned a ranch where the group had stayed before it was overrun by 'walkers', Emily Kinney is 'Beth Greene', Hershel's emotionally troubled youngest daughter and Michael Rooker is 'Merle Dixon', an unruly Southern redneck and older brother to Daryl. 


In Season 3, David Morrissey plays 'The Governor'. 


Danai Gurira plays 'Michonne', the hooded figure that saved Andrea in the Season two finale.
