DOGTV: A New Breed Of Television

DOGTV, is cable's first 24/7 TV channel for dogs, designed to be a babysitter for 'home alone' dogs, with research proving dogs feel better in the company of television, especially when the right content is on.

DOGTV’s programming offers 'relaxing', 'stimulating' and 'exposure' content as well as positive 'behavioral reinforcements'.

Calming sounds and music in the relaxing segments are created to keep canines peaceful.

Stimulating segments provide dogs with 'invigorating' images, animation and real world sounds to keep them up and running.

Exposure uses special sounds and visuals to comfort and 'habituate' dogs by exposing them to different day-to-day stimuli :

"...scientifically developed. Pup approved. 'DOGTV' is cable’s first network created exclusively for canines, and the humans who love them. DOGTV’s 24/7 programing helps stimulate, entertain, relax and habituate dogs with shows that expose them to various movements, sounds, objects, experiences and behavior patterns, all from a dog’s point of view..."
