
Gracie Films' "How Do You Know" is the new Columbia Pictures feature, written, directed and produced by James L. Brooks, starring Reese Witherspoon, Paul Rudd, Owen Wilson and Jack Nicholson.
Soundtrack score is by composer Hans Zimmer.

The romantic comedy follows a love triangle between professional softball player 'Lisa Jorgenson' (Witherspoon), corporate executive 'George' (Rudd), and a major-league pitcher 'Manny' (Wilson).

Nicholson plays 'Charles', the father and confidante of George.

Reported budget for the feature, shooting in Philadelphia and Washington DC, was $120 million. Combined salaries for director Brooks ($10 million), Witherspoon ($15 million), Nicholson ($12 million), Wilson ($10 million) and Rudd ($3 million) totaled $50 million.
