Actress Lena "300" Headey will co-star in the HBO TV pilot "Game of Thrones," an adaptation of author George R.R. Martin's fantasy book series, following a battle among seven kingdoms and two ruling families for control of the 'Iron Throne'.

Headey will play 'Queen Cersei of House Lannister', the wife of 'King Robert' (Mark Addy), sister of twin brother 'Jaime Lannister' (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and younger brother 'Tyrion' (Peter Dinkladge).
