Director Woody "Bananas" Allen would like to use France's first lady, former model/actress Carla Bruni-Sarkozy for a film role."I'm sure she would be wonderful," Allen said.
"She's got charisma and she's already acted so she's not unknown to an audience. There are a lot of ways I could use her...though I don't have a story for her at the moment, but I'll certainly talk to her about it and I'll ask her if she's interested."
Bruni-Sarkozy, a top model before starting a career as a singer and marrying French President Nicolas Sarkozy last year, appeared in a cameo for director Robert Altman's 1994 feature "Pret-a-Porter."
Allen plans to shoot a film in Paris next year.
