Indie Navarette is ‘Rogue’

Actress Indie Navarette (“Obsession”), recently cast as the Marvel Comics’ mutant ‘Rogue’, in Marvel Studios developing “X-Men” movie reboot, poses for “The Gap: Denim on Your Own”, Fall 2026 campaign:


Navarrette began her film acting career as a teenager with roles in short films, before landing in the Netflix drama series “13 Reasons Why” (2020)…


…and The CW's superhero drama series ‘Superman & Lois” (2021–2024). 


Her breakthrough came as ‘Nikki Freeman’ in the supernatural horror film “Obsession” (2025).


She was recently cast as ‘Rogue’ in the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ for director Jake Schreier's developing "X-Men" movie reboot, based on the Marvel Comics character. 


Rogue first appeared in Marvel Comics’ “The Avengers Annual” #10 (1981)…


depicted as a ‘mutant’ subspecies of humans…


born with an ‘X-gene’ that grants superhuman abilities. 


She is capable of absorbing the life force, attributes, memories…


…and superpowers of anyone through physical touch. 


The character was initially portrayed as a reluctant ‘supervillain’, but she soon joins the X-Men as a superhero…


and has since endured…


…as one of its most prominent members.
