The upcoming Sony/Marvel feature, “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”has secured a theatrical release in China, despite a claim the ‘China Film Administration’ (CFA) would ‘moderately reduce’ the amount of American films it imports, following that country’s refusal to release the 2021 feature, “Spider-Man: No Way Home” because Sony would not comply with their request to "cut out the ‘Statue of Liberty’ in the film…” :
