Amy Adams: “Cape Fear”



Sneak Peek new images of actress Amy Adams star of the new TV series “Cape Fear”, executive produced by Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg, wearing Louis Vuitton, in the latest issue of “S” magazine, photographed by Nino Muñoz:


“… based on the novel ‘The Executioners’ by John D. MacDonald, ‘Cape Fear’, streaming June 5, 2026 on AppleTV+, follows ‘Max Cady’, and unreformed ex-convict, released from prison who sets about taking revenge on ‘Tom’and ‘Anna Bowden’ (Adam’s) the married couple who represented him 17 years earlier in court, by using his knowledge of the law to evade punishment… ‘


Adams, known for both comedic and dramatic performances, originally trained to be a ballerina, then made her feature film debut with a supporting part in "Drop Dead Gorgeous" (1999). 


Her first major role came in director Spielberg's "Catch Me If You Can" (2002), followed by the indie feature "Junebug".


Adams played the lead in "Enchanted" (2007), followed by the dramas "Doubt" (2008), "The Fighter" (2010), and psychological drama "The Master" (2012). 


She started portraying 'Lois Lane' in "Man of Steel" (2013) and "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" (2016). 


She starred in "American Hustle" (2013) and in Tim Burton's "Big Eyes" (2014), followed by the feature "Arrival" (2016) and TV miniseries "Sharp Objects" (2018).
