The new animated France-produced TV series, “Splinter Cell: Deathwatch”, based on  “Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell” ‘stealth action’ games by Ubisoft, is directed by Guillaume Dousse and Félicien Colmet-Daage, starring Liev Schreiber as agent ‘Sam Fisher’, with Janet Varney, Kirby Howell-Baptiste and Joel Oulette, now streaming on Netflix:
