The Dynamite Entertainment title “Fire and Ice”,  continuing the animated sword ‘n sorcery story by Frank Frazetta and Ralph Bakshi, is written by Bill Willingham and illustrated by Leonardo Manco,  including cover art by Bill Sienkiewicz and Michael Linsner:
