The live-action horror mystery feature “Weapons”, written and directed by Zach Cregger, was again the surprise winner at the weeekend box office, grossing ‘Domestic’ $89,044,723 and ‘International’ $59,700,000 for a ‘Worldwide’ total of $148,744,723, after 12 days in theatrical release:
“…one night, all but one student from the classroom of ‘Justine Gandy', mysteriously ran off into the night.
“Justine and the rest of the community are left questioning who – or what – is behind the disappearance…”
