Skydance Merges With Paramount

“Skydance”, the American media production and finance company founded by David Ellison in 2006, to specialize in films, animation, television, video games and sports, has been approved by the FCC for an $8 billion all-stock merger with Paramount Global,  expected to close August 7, 2025:

…and co-producing DreamWorks’ “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts". 

Projects in current development include content for Netflix animation, Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm.
