Warner Bros. Discovery will now separate into two publicly traded companies, “…to maximize potential”:
The “Streaming & Studios” company will consist of Warner Bros.
Television, Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, DC Studios, HBO, and HBO Max,
as well as film and television libraries.
The “Global Networks” company will include entertainment, sports and news
television brands including CNN, TNT Sports in the U.S., Discovery, free-to-air channels across Europe and digital products
including the Discovery+ streaming service and Bleacher Report.
