“Lara Croft : Tomb Raider”

The "Tomb Raider" movie franchise rights reverted back to original video game publisher Crystal Dynamics after MGM failed to come up with a sequel to the 2018 reboot, starring Alicia Vikander as adventurer 'Lara Croft':

"...MGM had until May 2022 for a sequel, when owner Amazon agreed to continue with another reboot.

"Vikander is no longer attached to the property as this next iteration will be a complete overhaul…”
