Cyrus made her acting debut in three episodes of the Toronto-shot TV series "Doc" (2002) with her father Billy Ray Cyrus, before appearing in a minor role for the film "Big Fish"(2003).
In 2006, she was established as a teen idol with the success of the "Hannah Montana" franchise, a former Disney Channel sitcom in which she portrayed the role of 'Miley Stewart' and 'Hannah Montana'.
.... followed by the 2009 feature "Hannah Montana: The Movie", the drama "LOL" (2011) and "So Undercover" (2012).
After numerous albums, she signed with Columbia Records in 2021, releasing “Endless Summer Vacation” (2023). Its lead single "Flowers" set various records worldwide and marked her second US number-one. The song won two ‘Grammy Awards’ including ‘Record of the Year’.
