"Masters of the Air" is a new live-action war drama TV series from the producers of "Band of Brothers" and "The Pacific",  based on the 2007 book by Donald L. Miller, streaming January 26, 2024 on AppleTV+:

"...follow the actions of the '100th Bombardment Group' of the 'United States Army Air Forces' during 'World War II'. 

"The series serves as a companion to 'Band of Brothers' (2001) and 'The Pacific' (2010). 

"It is also the first series to be produced by Apple Studios, in cooperation with Playtone and Amblin Television..."
