Seasons One and Two of the Marvel TV/Netflix TV series "Punisher", starring Jon Bernthal as 'Frank Castle', is now streaming on Disney+:
The character was created by writer Gerry Conway and illustrators John Romita, Sr., and Ross Andru, debuting in Marvel Comics' "The Amazing Spider-Man" #129 (Feb. 1974).
