“Agatha: Coven of Chaos”

Shooting starts again March 2023 to complete Marvel Studios’ new live-action TV series "Agatha: Coven of Chaos” based on the Marvel Comics character, spinning off from "WandaVision", starring Kathryn Hahn as a human ‘witch’ and Aubrey Plaza as 'Morgan le Fay', streaming in 2023 on Disney +:

"...debuting in Marvel Comics "Fantastic Four" #94 (1970), 'Agatha Harkness', a human 'witch' from Salem, Massachusetts, was accused of practicing dark magic by her own coven during the Salem witch trials. 

 

"Over three hundred years later she sensed the presence of chaos magic radiating from the 'Westview Anomaly' created by 'Wanda Maximoff'. 

 

"Harkness became obsessed with harnessing Maximoff's magic, stealing the house of 'Ralph Bohner' and undertook the guise of Agnes, Maximoff's 'nosy neighbor', while interfering with Maximoff's idyllic paradise for her own benefit. 

"After discovering that Maximoff was 'Scarlet Witch', Harkness was defeated and stripped of her magical abilities, indefinitely condemned to live out her life in 'Westview'..." 

"'Morgan le Fay' (Aubrey Plaza) belongs to the species of humanoid magical beings called fairies...

"...who are born with supernatural powers...

"...and is the half-faerie half-sister of the mythic 'King Arthur'.

Morgan le Fay, played by Elizabeth Hurley, previously appeared in the last season of the Marvel TV series "Runaways" (2019).
