Jones started her acting career with supporting roles in the feature "Anger Management" (2003), "Love Actually" (2003) and "Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights" (2003). In 2005, she co-starred in the film "The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada", followed by "We Are Marshall (2006).
In 2011, she co-starred in the thriller "Unknown" and played Marvel Comics' mutant 'Emma Frost' in the Fox "X-Men" reboot, "X-Men: First Class". She also starred as 'Betty Draper" in the AMC series "Mad Men" and starred in the cult western, action feature "Sweetwater".
