DC Swimsuit Variants

DC Comics will release a series of swimsuit-themed variant covers, available across several of the publisher’s August 2022 comic book titles, from illustrators Stanley "Artgerm" Lau, Joelle Jones, Nicola Scott and a whole lot more:

“…the idea of superheroes in swimsuits partially stems from the ‘Marvel Swimsuit Specials’ of the 1990’s…

“…which were a series of annuals that showcased the publisher's characters in swimwear and were modeled after the ‘Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Specials’…”
