"Narcos: Columbia"

IDW Publishing's "Narcos", a graphic novel adaptation spinning out of the Netflix action drama series, is written by Ryan Ferrier and illustrated by Vic Malhotra, with a cover by Nelson Daniel, available May 2020:

"...these all-new stories bring to light the tangled web of money and power in 1990's Colombia, spinning straight out of the hit Netflix original series...

"Further detailing the intrigue and danger of the international drug trade, two new recruits bring danger to 'DEA' agents 'Murphy' and 'Peña, while 'Don Pablo' must contend with a dangerous threat to his drug empire..."

"Narcos: Mexico", the crime drama TV series created and produced by Chris Brancato, Carlo Bernard and Doug Miro, is currently streaming Season Two on Netflix.

"...'Narcos: Mexico' explores the origin of the modern war on drugs, beginning at the time when Mexican traffickers were a loose and disorganized confederation of small-time independent cannabis growers and dealers.

"The series dramatizes the rise of the 'Guadalajara Cartel' in the 1980's as 'Félix Gallardo' (Diego Luna) unifies the traffickers in order to build an empire.

"'DEA' agent 'Kiki Camarena' moves his wife and young son from California to Guadalajara to take on a new post, and he quickly learns that his assignment will be more challenging than he ever could have imagined..."
