Sneak Peek Oscar winning actress Nicole Kidman, aka 'Queen Atlanna' the fishy mother of 'Arthur Curry' (Jason Momoa) in director James Wan's "Aquaman", posing for "Tatler" (UK) magazine, wearing Armani Prive, Elie Saab Haute Couture and a whole lot more, photographed by Victor Demarchelier:
Created by Robert Bernstein and Ramon Fradon for DC's "Adventure Comics" #260 (May 1959), 'Atlanna' left 'Atlantis' to travel abroad.
She was almost killed in a raging hurricane but her unconscious body was found by 'Tom Curry'. A lonely lighthouse keeper, Tom took her in and nursed her back to health.
The two fell in love and acted as husband and wife. They had a son, Arthur Curry. She decided to keep her origins secret.
She died young due to an illness. She confessed the truth about her life on her deathbed.
Arthur was only a child when he learned of his Atlantean origins and his destiny to be 'Aquaman'.
