Keira Knightley Covers "Elle"

Take a look at new images of actress Keira Knightley ("The Nutcracker and the Four Realms") in the November 2018 issue of "Elle" (US) magazine, photographed by David Bailey:

"I was meant to be named 'Kiera', after a Russian ice skater who was on the TV one day," said Knightley. "My dad fancied her and nicked her name for me.

"But it was my mum who went to register my birth, and she accidentally spelled 'ei' instead of 'ie' because my mum's crap at spelling.

"Apparently, when she came back he said: 'WHAT THE FUCK? You’ve spelt her name wrong!'

"What were they going to do, though? Once it’s on the piece of paper, it’s on the piece of paper. And that’s me. A spelling error..."

New films for Knightley include an adaptation of "The Other Typist" by Suzanne Rindell.

She also stars in the biopic "Colette", directed by Wash Westmoreland, followed by another biopic of "Catherine the Great".

Knightley also plays 'Sugar Plum Fairy' in an adaptation of "The Nutcracker" titled "The Nutcracker and the Four Realms"...

...as well as starring in "The Aftermath", a film adaption of the novel by author Rhidian Brook.
