Sneak Peek the final episode of "The Vampire Diaries", after an eight season run, titled "I Was Feeling Epic", written by Julie Plec, Kevin Williamson and directed by Plec, airing March 10, 2017 on The CW:

The CW will also air the one-hour special, "The Vampire Diaries: Forever Yours", before the series finale:

This one-hour retrospective features interviews with past and present cast members and guest stars, a conversation with the executive producers Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson, behind-the-scenes footage from the final season and special moments from the past eight years..."
