Take a look @ the first images from "The Tick" live-action comedy superhero TV series, co-produced with Sony Pictures Television in association with Amazon, starring Jackie Earl Haley ("Watchmen") as 'The Terror', debuting August 19, 2016:

Cast also includes Peter Serafinowicz, Valorie Curry, Yara Martinez and Brendan Hines.
Producers are Ben Edlund ("Supernatural"), Barry Josephson ("Bones") and Barry Sonnenfeld ("A Series of Unfortunate Events"), directed by Wally Pfister and written by Edlund.
