The DC Universe continues to spread its TV wings as TNT has officially greenlit a pilot for "Titans", with the working title "Blackbirds", focusing on young superheroes from DC Comics, scheduled to start shooting in Toronto October 2015:
"...the series will focus on 'Dick Grayson', aka 'Robin', who emerged from the shadow of 'Batman', to eventually become crime-fighting vigilante 'Nightwing' ...
"...and leader of a fearless band of heroes including 'Starfire' and 'Raven'..."
Akiva Goldsman and Marc Haimes will executive produce for Warner Horizon Television.
