Germans Say Nein To "Ultron"



According to reports, German movie theater owners representing 686 screens, are refusing to screen Marvel's "Avengers: Age Of Ultron", in an organized boycott against Marvel parent company Disney:


"...cinema owners were taken aback when Disney announced it was upping rental fees from 47.7 to 53 percent of ticket sales. Additionally, Disney is cutting its advertising spend and will not provide advances for 3D glasses..."


According to Disney, "We don't discuss negotiations that we are engaged in with our partners in exhibition..."


Director Joss Whedon's "The Avengers" sequel, has already scored $200 million internationally and projected to earn north of $1 billion following its May 1, 2015 domestic release.
