Camren Bicondova plays 'Selina Kyle', the young 'Catwoman' in the new series.
Created by Bruno Heller, "Gotham" is based on characters published by DC Comics, specifically 'Detective James Gordon' and 'Bruce Wayne'.
As originally conceived, the series follows Gordon's early days on the 'Gotham City Police' force.
Origin stories of Batman villains will also include 'Riddler', 'Two-Face', the 'Joker' and 'Poison Ivy'.
