Take another look @ the 'magical staff' belonging to 'Thor' nemesis 'Loki', that will appear in the new film "Avengers: Age Of Ultron", that was previously on display @ the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con:
"...the staff of 'Loki', given to him by 'Thanos', appeared in 'The Avengers' and used by 'Baron von Strucker' in the feature 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier', during the mid-credits scene.
"It is rumored the staff is used to give both 'Quicksilver' and the 'Scarlet Witch', their incredible powers in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'..."
