Take another look @ revealing images of actress Cobie Smulders, co-star of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" as 'S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Maria Hill' and returning to the big screen in "Avengers: Age Of Ultron":
Smulders' film appearances are part of a nine-movie commitment to play the character in the 'Marvel Cinematic Universe'.
As the former director of the planetary defense/intelligence service S.H.I.E.L.D., the character Maria Hill appeared with the 'Avengers', as well as individual members of the group.
Maria Hill was also featured in Marvel Comics' "Civil War" and "Secret Invasion" mini-series...
...and the monthly "Iron Man" series, in which she was a prominent supporting character...
