Sneak Peek 2 new scenes of footage, plus an amusing 'blooper' reel from Marvel Studios' "Captain America: The Winter Soldier", included as exclusive extras on the film's upcoming Blu-ray/DVD release, available September 9, 2014:

"...after the cataclysmic events in New York with 'The Avengers', Marvel's 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' finds 'Steve Rogers', aka 'Captain America', living quietly in Washington D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world.
