"Guardians Of The Galaxy": 'Ronan The Accuser'

Take another look @ Marvel Comics villain 'Ronan The Accuser' from Marvel Studios' upcoming live-action 3D space adventure "Guardians of the Galaxy":

'Ronan the Accuser' is a member of the alien race the 'Kree', debuting in Marvel Comics' "Fantastic Four" (vol. 1) #65 (1967), created by writer Stan Lee and co-plotter/illustrator Jack Kirby.

Born on the planet 'Hala', capital of the 'Kree Empire' in the 'Greater Magellanic Cloud', Ronan, as an adult, became a member of the 'Accuser Corps' military governors and jurists. 

His rise through the ranks was extraordinary, and he eventually became the third-most powerful being in the Kree Empire. The 'Supreme Intelligence' appointed him 'Supreme Accuser of the Kree Empire', and in this role he is known simply as 'Ronan the Accuser'.

Ronan possesses superhuman strength, endurance, speed and reflexes, enhanced by devices in his suit of full-body exoskeleton armor. Devices in the armor also create fields of invisibility, and devices in the gauntlets generate 'frigid' conditions, placing life forms into suspended animation.

Ronan also possesses the 'Universal Weapon', a device using cosmic energy capable of the disintegration, rearrangement and transmutation of matter, projection of concussive energy blasts, the absorption of energy, the creation of force fields, time-motion displacement fields and interstellar teleportation along hyperspatial passages.
