Sneak Peek "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." actress Chloe Bennet aka 'Skye' in a recent pictorial for Chicago's "Splash Magazine":
Prior to being cast in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.", Bennet was discovered by Nettwerk Music Group, who launched her as a Chinese pop artist. Following the release of her first single, Bennet landed a recurring role on USA's "Nashville", leading up to her
work on "Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D."
"Marvel is always so fantastic at telling stories," she said. "But in the movies, you only have 2 ½ hours or so. We have 22 hours, so it’s a lot of setup to make it really intricate and get all the fine details... Everything is going to come together, and it’s going to blow everyone’s minds."
As for Bennet's character on the series, "Basically, we don’t know what I am," she said.
"We don’t know who my parents are, we don’t know what my parents are. And there’s even more that we could not know about,". "I get the scripts and I’m like, 'What?!’ literally out loud. I’m sure my neighbors think I’m weird."
