"...a group of scientists working for the government are in a competitive race to develop a 'Cyborg', biologically modified hybrid human, possessing the latest in advanced bionic limb and sensory technology.
"'Charles Benjamin' is a small time hustler who wants to change his life. Having agreed to do one last job, Charles arrives in New Mexico for a pick-up of a large drug shipment and is mysteriously set-up, robbed, beaten and left for dead on a deserted stretch of desert highway.
"A short while later, the scientists find his body and transform him into the 'Cyborg', with his heart set on finding the people who tried to destroy him..."
