The new Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures (MGM), Fox 2000 Pictures feature, rebooting director Tobe Hooper's "Poltergeist", will start shooting principal photography in Toronto September 2013.
Gil Kenan ("Monster House") will direct from a screenplay by Pulitzer Prize-winning writer David Lindsay-Abaire, for producers Sam Raimi ("Evil Dead") and Rob Tapert ("The Posession") via their Ghost House Pictures, along with Roy Lee ("The Strangers"). Nathan Kahane ("The Grudge") will executive produce:
