Heard's first leading role was in "All the Boys Love Mandy Lane", followed by CW's "Hidden Palm (2007). Her breakthrough came in 2008 with roles in "Never Back Down" and "Pineapple Express". In 2009, she starred in "The Stepfather" and a small role in "Zombieland". In 2010 she starred in "The Joneses", "And Soon the Darkness", John Carpenter's "The Ward" and "Drive Angry".
