HBO reports that the first episode of the "Girls" Season 2 'dramedy' TV series launches January 13, 2013:
Created by and starring Lena Dunham, "...the series takes a comic look at the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of a group of girls in their early 20's..."
Dunham, Judd Apatow and Jenni Konner executive produce "Girls" with Bruce Eric Kaplan and Ilene S. Landress. Murray Miller co-executive produces.
The series recently won an Emmy Award for 'Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series'.
