Sneak Peek the first official image from the set of the Marvel feature film, "Iron Man 3".
Following the Marvel Studios’ release of "The Avengers", production on "Iron Man 3'” directed by Shane Black, has now started in Wilmington, North Carolina, with additional locations to include Raleigh/Durham, Miami, Florida and China.
Based on the Marvel Comics superhero character, debuting in "Tales Of Suspense" #39 (1963), "Iron Man 3" returning cast includes Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Jon Favreau and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Set for release in North America, May 3, 2013, Marvel’s "Iron Man 3" marks the second feature to be fully owned, marketed and distributed by Disney, which acquired Marvel in 2009.
Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing the film. Executive producers are Jon Favreau, Louis D’Esposito, Alan Fine, Stan Lee, Charles Newirth, Victoria Alonso, Stephen Broussard and Dan Mintz.Creative production team includes two-time Oscar-winning DP John Toll, production designer Bill Brzeski , editors Jeffrey Ford, Peter S. Elliot and costume designer Louise Frogley.
