"...'Detective Sean Riley' is emotionally destroyed after the death of his son and the abandonment of his wife. Knowing the dark road Riley is heading down, his mentor 'Captain Pete Trahan' (Berenger) reassigns him to help solve a brutal homicide case.
"Riley is quickly paired with young, family man, 'Detective Will Ganz' (Phillips) to solve a series of murders, which have sparked a major gang war. As they get deeper into the case, it's clear that Riley's childhood friend 'Colin' (Flanery) may somehow be involved.
