According to reports, HBO has received a 1970's-era pilot script from writer Terence Winter ("The Sopranos", "Boardwalk Empire"), about the rock music scene, from Oscar-winning director Martin Scorsese and The Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger, who will both executive produce.
Scorsese previously directed the 2009 Stones doc "Shine A Light".
The HBO hour-long drama will follow the exploits of a cocaine-fueled record executive in New York City.
