Viva Bianca Reveals "Spartacus: Vengeance"

Australian actress Viva Bianca, who plays the conniving, seductive and homicidal 'Ilithya' on the Starz drama "Spartacus", has revealed a few details about the show's upcoming second season in 2012:
"We've got a great cast, production team and awesome scripts," Bianca said. "It's been fascinating approaching 'Ilithyia' this second time around, because the woman we meet at the start of Season Two is quite different to the bright-eyed, giggly young noblewoman we first met in Season One."
"'Ilithyia' has walked the dark side and now carries with her a suitcase of demons from her very recent times at the 'Ludus'. When once she was the character that knew nothing else but to have everything, now she has a lot to fight against and a lot to fight for."
Bianca praised Andy Whitfield look-alike and new co-star Liam McIntyre, who took over the lead role of 'Spartacus' when original star Whitfield had to leave the series for medical reasons.
"He has all of our support," Bianca said about McIntyre. "He has stepped up to the plate valiantly. It can't be easy for him to fill such mighty shoes with so much expectation surrounding him, but he is handling himself with grace and courage."
"Spartacus: Gods of the Arena" is a prequel to "Spartacus: Blood and Sand", which premiered January 21, 2011.
