Jack Kirby's 1970's, DC Comics' "Kamandi" 'Ombibus' format, available September 28, 2011, is written by Jack Kirby/Mike Royer/D. Bruce Berry with illustrations by Kirby and Roye, beginning with reprints of issues #1-20 :
