According to reports, New Films International has acquired worldwide rights to writer/director Christopher B. Landon's dark comedy feature "Burning Palms", starring Zoe Saldana, Dylan McDermott, Paz Vega and Rosamund Pike.
The film interlaces five stories set in different LA neighborhoods, "...where no taboo is left unexplored as each character careens toward a dark and often comic fate..."
"We are excited to be distributing 'Burning Palms' worldwide and planning the US theatrical release for early 2011", said Nesim Hason, President, New Films International and New Films Cinema.
