"Thor" screenwriter Mark Protosevich will adapt Ape Entertainment's 3-issue comic book mini-series "Freakshow", writing/producing with Sheldon Turner and Jennifer Klein, for a possible directorial debut.
Premise follows five young people who change into mutants with special powers after a chemical explosion. The group then muist decide whether to use their powers to save the city or to exact revenge on those responsible.The comic book will be released January 2011, created by David Server and Jackson Lanzing, with illustrations by Joe Suitor.
