Seat-Of-Your-Pants Action For "Jonah Hex" and "Inception"

Get ready to ride tall in the saddle as Quebec-based D-BOX Technologies Inc., reports that the first summer films to feature its innovative 'motion' technology, will be Warners DC Comics adaptation "Jonah Hex", opening June 18, followed by director Chris Nolan's "Inception", opening July 16.

Averaging about one new feature per month, D-BOX also increased its number of seats available at theatres, nearly doubling that figure in the last four months with 608 D-BOX Seats installed in 26 movie theatres worldwide.

"As we continue our expansion, installing our technology in new theatres, we are also actively seeking new movie content that is going to offer the excitement and entertainment moviegoers have now come to expect from the experience," said Claude McMaster, Chief Executive Officer, D-BOX Technologies. "With the latest Warner Bros. movies announced, we've added realistic motion effects to a total of 17 movies since we launched in April last year and are continuing to add new films at a steady pace."

D-BOX Technologies designs/manufactures leading edge high-technology motion systems, using motion effects specifically programmed for each film, TV series or video game, which are sent to a motion generating system integrated within either a platform or a seat. The resulting motion is perfectly synchronized with all onscreen action, creating an immersive experience. To date, D-BOX Motion Code is available on more than 900 titles.
