Paramount Has Every Right To "Existence 2.0"

Paramount has picked up film rights to Image Comics' "Existence 2.0" for the "Smallville" creative writing team of Miles Millar and Alfred Gough to adapt as a feature.

Created by Nick Spencer and illustrator Ronald Salas, "Existence 2.0" follows a physicist who has his consciousness transferred into the body of the man who killed him.

Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller's Platinum Dunes will produce with Circle of Confusion's David Alpert.

Gough and Millar will also executive produce with Circle of Confusion's Rick Jacobs.
