Vanquish Motion Pictures' Jay Douglas and Nav Gupta will adapt Hong Kong-based Fluid Comics 25-issue comic book series "DevaShard", produced/co-written by Heather Kenealy, from a screen treatment by executive producer Kevin Grevioux, co-creator of the "Underworld" franchise.
